Deldrimor, ceremonial (factions) and Forgotten (Nigthfall) are not 'expensive' enough to enter there, compared with destroyer weapons.

Torment would probably, do, being the most expensive set, but not Deldrimor.

All endgame weapons should be allowed in the HoM, how "expensive" they are doesn't matter. I mean, if weapons you get for saving continents and in one case killing a god don't belong in the HoM, nothing does...

Also, anything to make Valor not completely suck ass. Which it currently does.
